Received a reply to my query about the ass hat on the balcony. The person in question is in no way affiliated with SAE. He happens to be a friend of the person who has the apt there. SAE is now apprised of the situation and will take measures to quell any rumors to his SAE affiliation.

My dislike for all things UN_ is very strong, but it doesn't prohibit me from appreciating a creative jab. Don't get me wrong, I find it very funny that a UND_ fan would want to attract attention considering the circumstances...but that was still a pretty good sign.
